Research Interest: During my time in the lab I have worked on ERK MAPKs, WNKs, NRBP pseudokinases, and TAO kinases. I use structural biology and classical biochemical approaches to study how interactions between protein kinases and their signaling partners facilitate pathway regulation.

Research Interest: I study how dysregulation of ERK1/2 signaling contributes to cancer progression and how ERK2 mutations associated with Noonan syndrome and related Rasopathies disrupt normal developmental processes using human iPSC-based models.

Research Interest: I am interested in elucidating how the kinase WNK1 coordinates mechanical signaling to regulate endothelial function and vascular homeostasis. My research focuses on the molecular mechanisms by which WNK1 integrates inputs from Piezo1-mediated mechanotransduction and interacts with other signaling networks that control vascular tone and endothelial responses. More broadly, I aim to define how WNK1-dependent pathways influence cellular behavior, vascular remodeling, and disease progression.
