Who We Are
The Cardiovascular Pharmacotherapy Research Lab is dedicated to discovering and validating new therapeutic pathways to prevent heart failure and related cardiometabolic diseases. Our work bridges molecular epidemiology, proteomics, metabolomics, pharmacogenomics and mechanistic clinical trials to translate biologic insights into preventive strategies. We collaborate across cardiology, nephrology, pharmacology, epidemiology, computational biology and cardiac imaging to generate findings that influence clinical practice and population health. Through innovation and multidisciplinary partnership, our mission is to advance precision prevention and improve cardiovascular outcomes.
