Dr. Kuriki is a practicing neuroradiologist, software developer, and clinical AI researcher focused on translating artificial intelligence into systems that can be deployed and measured in real healthcare environments.
Before joining UT Southwestern, he served as Head of Artificial Intelligence in Diagnostic Operations at DASA, where he led AI deployment across a large diagnostic imaging network. He also brings experience as a healthcare entrepreneur and technology builder.
He serves in national professional leadership in imaging informatics and artificial intelligence, including as Chair of the Machine Learning Education Subcommittee at the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine.
