Dr. Jain leads a multi-disciplinary team to evaluate new therapies and outcomes for those with HIV, hepatitis C, COVID-19, hepatitis B, influenza, and other infections. We are part of multiple NIH-funded clinical trials network. Her team also receives funding from the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) to improve programs in reducing liver cancer incidence and mortality through HCV screening and treatment.
