The Cobb lab home is in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
We are most interested in protein kinase signal transduction mechanisms and how kinase structures lead to cell biological functions. We are particularly focused on the contributions of ERK MAP kinases to pancreatic beta cell function and to lung cancers, and the cell biological actions of WNK protein kinases.
