Meet the Principal Investigator

Michael Buszczak
Michael Buszczak received his Ph.D. from Yale University, where he conducted his graduate work with Dr. Lynn Cooley studying Drosophila germ cell development. As a post-doctoral fellow, Mike continued to pursue his interest in germ cell biology in the laboratory of Dr. Allan Spradling's lab at the Carnegie Institution for Science.
Mike is currently a Professor in the Department of Molecular Biology and serves as an Associate Director for the Hamon Center for Regenerative Science and Medicine.
